Brief about the Foundation

Nabd Alhayat Charitable Development Foundation is a humanitarian, non-profit organization with a female leadership. It was established on July 15, 2021, and is licensed under number (92) by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor – Aden. Headquartered in Aden Governorate, the foundation strives to meet community needs by promoting partnerships and cooperation between the public and private sectors, civil society organizations, and international organizations.The foundation is distinguished by an efficient and cooperative team capable of overcoming challenges.

Foundation establishment

The foundation was established under an official permit by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor No. (92) of 2021.
Under the Law of Associations and Institutions 2001 under the name of “Nabd Al Hayat Charitable Development Foundation”. It has a legal personality and an independent financial liability. It is managed by senior management and operates in several sectors, and its scope is in the liberated govern orates.
